I think I played this in the early 90s only a few times when I was about 10. I remember the mansion / apartment / shack / house thing. I’m more sold by your Trapper Keeper though lol! And I think I saw Garfield folders in there 😉 I was all about Garfield. And sharks and stuff. I remember the Lisa Frank craze, and then how Trapper Keepers got banned (at least where I lived) because of the loud Velcro lol 😆 only to go to the binders with the metal rings and loud SNAP sound.. go figure.
