My heart goes out to the family of this man, but the voters of Chicago are the ones who are to blame for this. Keep electing liberal democrats that send a message to the criminals that there are no consequences for your actions, and this is what you get. All they keep saying is there are too many blacks in prison. Listen, if you commit a crime, regardless of your race, you should be in jail. This country has to get back to sending a message that if you break the law, you're going to jail.
